NRO official video on assembly and launch of Delta IV rocket carrying NROL-71 satellite payload in 2019 from Vandenburg AFB, CA. The USAF maintains a West Coast launch complex at Vandenburg for classified payloads.

Yeah the Delta II explosion was epic, occurring right over the launch pad and raining the control center with massive chunks of flaming debris. Yikes. That's the thing about rocket launches. When they start to seem routine, one fails and reminds everybody that rocket science really is no cakewalk and that the whole business is just damn dangerous.
