$1,400 checks to anyone making less than 75K/yr... Quote: The Democratic-controlled House voted 219-212 to pass the package, which includes $1,400 personal checks and a $20 billion COVID-19 vaccination plan, early on Saturday morning after working through Friday night. Every Republican voted against the bill, as did two Democrats. On Thursday, the Senate parliamentarian ruled that a minimum wage hike, supported by President Biden, could not be included in the bill. The relief package now moves to the Senate, where another vote will take place.

Lots of zeros and trying to do the math.
Hmmm, doesn't that mean with 323 million people in the Conus give $5.8 million per person?
$580,000 or $58,000 per?
or is it $5800 per?
sure as heck isnt $1400

The Democratic pork bill. Wonder how much is actually going to covid relief and how much is going to other countries. I really wish politicians would get it, that’s OUR money, not theirs they’re spending.

Debt schmebt. What could go wrong?
Take $5800 from everyone and give $1400 to maybe 40 million. That leaves a ton of scratch for porking.

Yellen just applied for 250 billion in SDR's from the IMF.
(I think is that there is far more in that loan than the $250bn for this year. I believe it is a multi-year distribution from the IMF that runs into the trillions, but I'm hanged if I can find the story I read on the total. Anyone?)

This is just deck chair rearranging. AKA Wealth distribution for socialist idiots. These clowns can't even give out money.
Here is a question from a capitalist idiot.
"They" (articles mainly) claim this "free" cash is based on AGI. And such words claimed up to $150K AGI for couples and tapered for the $150-$200K AGI range and the cut off completely is $200K.
Has anyone in these ranges run their numbers? I mean really checked using 2019 AGI and seen a true match with %/$ handed out?
This go around is the LATEST Tax Year filed, so supposedly will use 2020 if filed and accepted. Will use 2019 if not filed for 2020.
Also, why does IRS split up couples as far as separate husband and wife checks/cards/auto deposit if they have always filed jointly?
Why is all correspondence to female partner?
Why is all correspondence to partner cash card went to, but no interaction with auto deposit partner?

The first stimulus check I got $80.60 cents and the second one I did not get anything. I still have a fulltime job so I may not get any part of the stimulus either.

See I thought income limits were the same. So you should have got some from both. What form was the $80? Auto deposit? Card? Full time job or not, I think for individuals it was $75K AGI, don't remember.

A good chunk of this is not spent until after 2022 and a bunch not until after 2024. So there is mostly junk that has nothing to do with the so called pandemic. It's mostly oink food and payoffs to the crooked people who helped rig the election.
