Oh my! While the MSM seeks to downplay escalating inflation, calls Joe-xing "brave" for rebuking Putin, pushes for "relief payments", ignores QE infinity, encourages global corporations to exert pressure on domestic election process (and other "social" issues), calls violent rioting "mostly peaceful" and the whole gambit of propaganda, the intelligence community prepares for the consequences of this ill-considered (or is it maliciously planned) turn of events. https://www.zerohedge.com/political/us- ... newsletter""The American people should know as much as possible about the threats facing our nation and what their intelligence agencies are doing to protect them," said Avril Haines, director of national intelligence in a statement accompanying the report."

I’m in the process of loading as much ammo as I can and stocking as much food as I can. Glad that my neighbor is a liberal. He’ll be easy pickings.

Cross "Global Warming" off the list! Big chill for climate doom: Arctic Sea ice is expanding. In addition, the Arctic sea melt this summer was the lowest in 15 years, and the expanse of Antarctic sea is well above average. https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/big-c ... expanding/

Interesting topic.
While fishing off a charter on Flathead last week, our captain stated that he had one of the big dogs in shipping meat on his boat 2 weeks ago. Big dogs message to charter captain was "Stock up on beef, pork and chicken, shits about to get real"

Supply chains are extremely fragile right now, and few supply chains are more fragile than perishable foods. If you aren't ready yet, you're just about out of time. Don't wait another day.

In speaking to meats. Consider getting canned meats. I suggest keystone over yoders for quality. Walmart is you best source and still affordable. Try to avoid the processed meats. They have a much shorter shelf life.
Just looking at prices. Got an add from supplier yesterday fir freeze dried chicken, on sale for 79.90 a #10 can. Note that about 2 years ago i was getting the same for around 25 a can!

Yes. I remember that, and being taught "ecology", how the metrics system would take over the country, and that we'd be out of fossil fuels in 15 years. So close. And people wonder why I'm cynical and don't trust those in authority.

We buy our large soda bottles by the liter, so chalk up all of the effort of standardizing on the metric system as a win.

I think a lot of people see this coming on the meat side, I have seen probably 3 times as many people in the woods for early archery season as ever before, and a lot of them are evident inconsiderate rifle hunters first year archery. I switched to the bow years ago to avoid the crowds and now the crowd is following. At least trapping is still going good, bout 15lbs of delicious organic lean healthy beaver meat in the freezer the last 2 days. Tomorrow I'll be smoking and then bbq a whole kit beaver, should be very tasty. Getting the kids involved more and more on how to procure wild food and my 7 year old said last night he wants to try beaver brains and tongue for the first time, I got some wild kids
