Seriously though TeamViewer is a great app.

Teamviewer is a great app. My company makes us use VNC which is what I have to use to administer a couple of machines in Germany on occasion, and it's painfully slow, like ping times of 200ms which kills our app's auto-updating feature. To be fair, I think part of the latency is due to their parent company's IT, not ours.

I've used Teamviewer lots of other times, including remoting to my Windows 7 work machine from home from my Mac or administering my friend's online store in the middle of the night from my Mac with my dog snoring on my feet.
