I was down in Chinatown a month ago and I swear it's the cleaning part of Seattle. One particular alley I saw was so clean I had to look twice. Looked liked it had been power washed; not even a cigarette butt or scrap anywhere.

I was in Cabo in April, and late night/early morning the water trucks came out and buckets of Pine Sol were splashed all throughout the streets.

Next morning it smelled like a freshly mopped floor

You don't have to power wash to get it that clean if you clean every day. There was a time that downtown Seattle streets got hosed down just about every night with a fleet of water trucks. Washing all the dust and particulates off the pavement and sidewalks goes a long way towards cleaner air. It's one of the reasons "Mother Nature" has "Rain".
