Less than or about 1 year per cat seems like a light sentence in my view. Sick fuck. And there was an alleged assault against a person.
And, it's commonly known by psychological profilers that people kill a lot more than they get caught for and they ultimately graduate to killing or molesting/raping kids or adults.
Lock him up. No sympathy here. As a pet owner, I'm want far more punishment.
