How are going to respond when the LEO asks for your phone password to "gather evidence," such as your activity log?

Just remember, driving is considered a privilege, not a constitutional right. Play that card and you will be met with "fine, please step out of your vehicle leaving everything behind and we will be impounding it pending the issuance of a warrant. Trust me, they're ready for this "position".

What's so hard about just getting a phone that accepts voice commands and use a bluetooth headset? Most phones already have that feature with single finger activation. Want to make a statement? Use your middle finger to activate voice commands.

Three weeks ago buddy of mine got his truck wiped out buy an elderly lady with two loose terrier sized dogs in the car.....wonder where her distraction came from.

She pulled out from a side street and T boned him....front bumper to the rear.

Said she didn't see him.....10am clear as heck day.

You are as free as you wanna be, just realize that laws/rules are ultimately enforced by, well, force......

A warrant MUST include what's being searched, WHY, and what EVIDENCE you expect to find during said search.. A bad warrant is no warrant at all, and is armed robbery, when threat of force is used to take your stuff without lawful authority. You decide how you want to react to those circumstances.
