Guess European health insurance isn't all it's cracked up to be.

CHAINSAW FRENZY Schaffhausen chainsaw attack suspect was a schizophrenic who targeted his health insurance company – before injuring five in a street rampage and then fleeing in crime which has shocked Switzerland

Huge manhunt underway in northern Swiss town near German border as victims receive treatment for serious injuries.

Franz Wrousis, 51, stormed into the offices of the CSS-Krankenkasse in the town of Schaffhausen, injuring two employees before taking his attack onto the street.
