may be in for some trouble trying to verify the veracity of information they encounter on the interwebz.
Seems that the lefty-loony husband and wife team that runs SNOPES has split up!
Seems Mr. Mikkelson has a taste for the skank-stank and has taken up with a "former" escort and porn "actress".
Both parties in the divorce claim the other has absconded with MILLIONS of dollars; him to pay for prostitutes and other "wild spending" and her buying Las Vegas real estate.

Maybe I'm just a weak thinker . . . because I've always found Snopes.com to be a pretty damned reliable site.

To be honest, I think most of the Snopes hate comes from folks that don't want political bullshit emails to be debunked; it's more fun to pass them around and wish that they were true. That shit doesn't help anyone, your own team included.

I enjoy opinions and facts.
It's nice when the two are kept separate. If they become "accidentally" merged , nice to have someone disentangle them with more facts. I think it is FAR more important to get facts right than it is to win an opinion-wrestling match.
I am a fan of data... The very few times I went to Snopes they seemed to concentrate on getting facts correct. Maybe I got lucky.
