Scientists at the University of WA, concerned about emissions from burning fossil fuels contaminating the atmosphere and causing global warming are proposing adding MORE particulates to the atmosphere to induce "cloud brightening"... which they admit is already ongoing... <does that seem circular and slightly contradictory? I dunno, my thinking is kind of funny; I think it's from inhaling the last batch of chemtrails, so you tell me?

c'mon. There are many viral videos showing the CIA director's speech to the CFR talking about GEO engineering and using weather modification as a general strategy. It happens.

A normal contrail is condensate. Ergo, the "con" in contrail.

It is a trail of condensate matter. Or, IOW: Water.

It dissipates in a minute or less. Maybe two or even three minutes in the right conditions.

Usually, as you watch the plane cross the sky, the trail is already dissipating before the plane is a third of the way across the sky.


Chemtrails stick around for a long time. Even in dissipating, they disperse, more than dissipate.

They are trails of chemicals. And it is deliberate.

Mind control? Nope. At least not likely.

But deliberate manipulation of the atmosphere, with consequences to us, largely unknown.
