That's not how you make a swamp cooler....

I ran a service depot where all corporate would budget us was a $419 swamp cooler from Granger.
Actually made it feel like a Georgia swamp with the humidity.

Ha! I'd like to see them try to enforce that.
My house is surrounded by tall trees. I stay busy cleaning up the mess they make, but they keep the house shaded so it's nice and cool during the hot summer days. They also provide a lot of privacy. No one would know that I was using my BBQ or fire pit unless they smelled it first.

You freeze them at night when the windows are open, you thaw them during the day. The cycle will work fine.

They try to come and interrupt me while I'm cooking steaks and there's going to be a problem. Is the ban just for charcoal BBQ's or are propane grills included?

Charcoal is a no-no, propane is still fine.

I'll just set my propane tank next to my charcoal BBQ.

Thanks guys and gal.

I've gone to propane for ease of cooking, charcoal is just too much of a pain in the ass.

The business of banning charcoal and hosing off hot bridges is beyond ridiculous.
