My BIL bought a used Tundra for $30k last year from Burien Toyota and although its a nice truck, he regrets buying it. The amount of truck for the buck with Toyotas isn't always there.

He'll have to start the female chapter with his cloth interior Frontier. Hey, on the bright side if you forget your tampon the cloth seats should soak up the mess for you. Nothing worse than having to sit in a puddle of rejected uteran lining.

That's a nice looking truck. It is your money, so I have no place to advise, but I wouldn't be afraid of this truck or its mileage.
Just because it has been on CL for a few weeks means nothing at all. Good items can stay on that site for a while, it just happens like that.
This is how I approach such things. First, decide your best offer. $20K? $22K??? Then, go take a test drive (also do your CarMax or whatever other due diligence you deem necessary). If the rig passes muster with you, tell him the truth: "I like this rig, but I am quite worried about the mileage. I understand there is no warranty, and will offer a price to reflect my risk. Would you take $xxx?" Something like that. He might dicker with you for a while. When his asking price exceeds your best offer, thank him for his time and go home. No drama.

Only reason I brought this up was because in the ad the seller says "this is priced to sell". Seems like its priced to sit at his asking prince.

I sent the seller an email letting them know I'm interested in the truck. I asked "How does it tow? What’s been your use for this truck? Interior/exterior problems? Do you have maintenance records? How many owners? How many miles have you put on the truck?"
Hoping the "How does it tow?" question will bait him into saying either "we didn't tow with it much" or "it towed my 20,000 lbs trailer like a charm."

You just want leather so your fat ass can slide out of it during the summer months as you refuse to wear any pants.
I feel sorry for the next guy who gets your Nut-Gravy soaked F150.

Meh, the leather in that truck is more like plastic. My nut gravy doesn't permeate. It just sits in a nice little puddle in my pants making for some serious swamp sack. Lucky the AC in that truck works so well. Otherwise it would just smell like my sack all the time.
