"Speaks many languages such as Austrian, Mexican, and Arabic"
"Mexican" is a national origin. "Spanish" is a language.

Mexicans don't speak actual 'Spanish'.
At MS they were referred to as 'the Spanish guys'. I said 'None of those guys have ever been to Spain'.
People that actually came from Spain had a hard time communicating with Mexicans.
In the Navy we had a Filipino that came from some mountain region, and not even the other Filipinos could understand what he was saying. So of course we always gave him a job that involved using the sound powered phones. Drove CIC nuts.

Thats not quite true, Its like saying Americans dont speak English, And people from England cant communicate with people from America. We might have different words for certain things and our slang and vernacular might be slightly different but we can communicate quite well with each other. I had no problem getting by with my not actual Spanish in Spain.
And to get nerdy on you, in Spain they call it Catellano. Same language different name.

People from Spain think of the Mexican accent/way of speaking much like folks from WA think of barefoot hillbillies in TN or AL. It can be hard to understand. This is coming straight from both Mexicans and native Spaniards.

Mostly true. Spaniards seem to look down on all of Latin America's slight changes to the mother tongue...
I had a much harder time understanding speech in Colombia than I did in Spain. Now that is a drawl.

I can attest to that, Spain was the most racist place, at least towards Mexicans/Latinos, that I have been too. The Spaniards looked down on me for speaking their language but not being one of them. The nicest people I met there were immigrants from Latin America, Africa, and Scandinavia.
