Great Success ! This was my favorite area to drive slow through and people watch. When I drove FedEx in North Everett, I ran in to all sorts characters in the Alleys.
Never really threaten till one time on Broadway and California this Gaint black dude jumped in my truck and started going off about how everyone was out to get him. I agreed with him, lit up 2 smokes and talk/walked him out of the truck. I shut the door and walked into the Volunteer building till he left, the ladies watched and were ready to call 911 for me.

This was on the news today. The business owner that set up the camera calls it Tweakerville.

The City sends a clean up crew every couple days to clean the mess. The encampment sets up again right after they leave.

They use a Michigan Loader.

Everett PD could put a few cars out there and fund the city with stop sign citations.

I figured that out right away.

Everett needs to just make a pass once or twice a day with a "Water Truck" like they used to do on all city streets several decades ago. Just set the nozzles to sweep all the shit off the sidewalks too, literally. On pass early in the AM and another about sundown to make the area too wet for them to set up camp again.

FWIW, if I was driving though there and got a ticket for rolling through the stop sign I'd take it to the magistrate and make that very claim, afraid of being car-jacked. But then why would I even want to drive through there?
