I saw a cop go right by what looked like an obvious drug deal, no response.

If they stop, then they have to search the filthy bastards, put them in their car, take them to the jail, and do a bunch of paperwork. They should just put them all in a jail bus and drop them off in Portland. Some of them may even stay there. Now they have a 'Homeless Lives Matter Too" sign. Yesterday they had a "Staring isn't Caring" sign on the fence but the cops made them take it down this morning at cleanup. The chubby tweaker gal with the air mattress was flipping off the camera when it was zoomed in on her so they know people are watching. 436 earlier today. Must have hired a camera man.
He just followed 4 hookers and two tweakers over a block down the street. Now camera is panning on some weed plants they have growing in stolen shopping baskets.
