That new HD camera is pretty clear too! They were zoomed in on obvious drug deals a couple of times while I was watching.

I saw a cop go right by what looked like an obvious drug deal, no response.

If they stop, then they have to search the filthy bastards, put them in their car, take them to the jail, and do a bunch of paperwork.
They should just put them all in a jail bus and drop them off in Portland.
Some of them may even stay there.

Now they have a 'Homeless Lives Matter Too" sign.
Yesterday they had a "Staring isn't Caring" sign on the fence but the cops made them take it down this morning at cleanup.
The chubby tweaker gal with the air mattress was flipping off the camera when it was zoomed in on her so they know people are watching. 436 earlier today.
They should add sound and make this a cable reality show.

I've heard its nice in SanFransicko this time of year....Problem with Portland is its within MethZombie walking distance.

He just followed 4 hookers and two tweakers over a block down the street.
Now camera is panning on some weed plants they have growing in stolen shopping baskets.
Caveman stole Brittany's mattress while she was shooting up dope in the tent. He's been trying to sleep since about 3AM.
Hope they add audio soon.

Edit: Go back to around 7:30 PM, you can see red hat climb over the fence to steal shit from the lot behind the fence.
8 PM, arrested by Everett PD, led across the street in handcuffs. Gonna lose her mattress for sure.
