Been lucky unlike some others.
For the times I've answered, the line was dead. I just shrugged it off.

Back in the 90's our managers carried pagers.
We had this one particular manager that would come into our computer area (I was an NC Programmer) and say "GOOD AFTERNOON LADIES!" (He was an ex-Army Drill Sergeant and he thought calling all of us "Ladies" was cool. Insert rolling eyes here)

Anyway, one of the programmers figured out to set call forwarding to his own pager, so every he made a phone call from his office he'd get a page from his own phone.

Took him weeks to figure it out.

Another time, same fella, I took a screen shot of his desktop on open PC we had for the shop. He would use this to track work orders as they came in and went out.
I then "hid" all icons on the desktop, and used the screen shot as wallpaper.
That managed to aggravate him for 8 hrs before he finally called someone to come out and fix the issue for him. LOL!

That's a classic one. The other one, set the double-click rate to as fast as possible.
