http://www.breitbart.com/california/201 ... ium=socialQuote: Judicial Watch lays out the specifics: “[T]here were more total registered voters than there were adults over the age of 18 living in each of the following eleven (11) counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).” The letter notes that the percentage in L.A. Country may be as high as 144%. 144%. Think about that. Kind of takes the air out of the whole "HRC won the popular vote," doesn't it? JW has threatened to sue. Quote: The letter contains a threat to sue the Secretary of State if Padilla does not remove from the rolls “persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.” It gives Padilla 14 days to respond, and 90 days to correct alleged violations of the law. The CA AG is a fierce amnesty pusher. Should be interesting when the lawsuit inevitably drops.

You guys have led me down the primrose path several times already.... I kept hoping for Clintonista's indictment and imprisonment last year, and you broke my heart! Then she was defeated, so I forgave all. haha If this is true about 144% then this is ACTIONABLE. Gibbets can be hung in anticipation, right? Why am I ever so doubtful that crooked thieves of legitimate votes, corrupters of the republic, destroyers of democracy - will pay a price for their crimes? We are overdue for some heads to roll.

I read the article this morning also. Not surprising given that they allow illegals to obtain driver's licenses combined with the Motor Voter program for automatic voter registration of driver's license recipients. A corrupt system guaranteed to ensure padding of the voter rolls with minorities heavily favoring the Democrats.
I say time to nullify California's participation in the electoral college until they can prove that their voter registration system and rolls conform to federal law.
We have ample precedent that individual states are not allowed to secede unilaterally due to force majeure of the federal government. Why not hold a constitutional convention of the states and vote to eject California from the Union?

Moon Beam is suing the .gov over the sanctuary money thingie and they are getting close to seceding. What a CF!

Glad to be gone from that state and will never go back. If they secede, I say good riddance. The old saying about don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. The big difference between California and the Confederacy is that most people were willing to fight to keep the Confederacy in the Union.

I want to keep them.
Just want to help them get out of their Controllist / dependent mindset. Get back to the Founders' principles. Golly, what an incredibly beautiful and productive state, outside of their cities.

Well I guess on one hand if they try to secede, we can kick their asses and occupy their state with federal forces for say 20 or 30 years in a modern day Reconstruction. Agree the California is beautiful. Where I grew up in Southern California, we used to get out of high school, head home to grab the guns, then go dove & quail hunting. Not bad. Plus the national parks, amazing scenery, rock climbing, and skiing is just awesome. Too bad the state is run into the ground by a corrupt supermajority.

Dem utopia. They won't be allowed to secede, the Fed. will run it before that happens.

Why not hold a constitutional convention of the states and vote to eject California from the Union? AFAIK, the VP has discretion to not certify electors from any given state if he finds problems or irregularities. If memory serves, Rutherford B Hayes did that to Florida's electors to make himself President.

There was a deal struck where he won the electoral college in exchange for pulling troops out of the Southern States.
