But all they see is dollar signs, and where the money will go, so batten down the hatches, and full steam ahead. I will have been re-elected, and we will have the money, so who cares? |

They say the money will fund "pre-kindergarten education." Is that a euphemism for something? Has the state taken over potty training duties?
