What's the appropriate response? Shoot/kill them? Let them jump?
I recommend a giant inflatable bag on the back of a flat semi, and then just go push the guy off. Then involuntarily commit him to a psycho hospital. Get him some help. |

The person isn't going to jump, they would have already of they were serious. It helps people when they get talked out of jumping.
