I read through this entire post. Some of you should be shamed. It matters not WHY she was in the road. There is absolutely no excuse for this act. None. What side did what and to whom doesn't matter. Whether the woman was a liberal or a conservative does not matter. 3500 lb vehicles will run over both just as well.

I bet the men and women in the criminal justice system who are tasked with sorting out this whole mess and holding people accountable would strongly disagree with you on this point.

I'm confused, are you saying any of the other GOP candidates would have been better then Trump, or just Hillary, or both?

Many of the GOP candidates were in favor of amnesty. Another amnesty would likely kill Medicaid/Medicare and Social Security within a decade.

I think Trump was a long time in coming....for years people (the silent majority who often don't bother to get involved in politics or even vote) had wanted someone who was not a DC insider, who was not a career politician, who didn't need the money, who knew how to run a business....he fits those criteria, he is a megalomaniac, but so are most politicians.

I really think that he would be much more "presidential" if the media would back the fuck off. Give the guy a chance for Pete's sake

He should never have been allowed to keep his damn Twitter account. Lets be real, he brings on as much of the media as they put on him.

He is first and foremost a center of attention person. He revels in it. It would not be trump if it wasn't in the center of a media circus. Sure he would likely be more presidential, but he wouldn't want that at all.

That's also the way he was able to beat Hillary and the lib media establishment. Lets face it, the media was in the tank for the democrats as it has been proven from the DNC emails.

Trump in his genius way forced the media into covering him and used it to counter the free coverage and glowing praise they were heaping on Hillary. Trump is a political virtuoso. Any other GOP candidate would have lost to Hillary because the media wouldn't have covered them at all, it would have been a virtual blackout.

Alpine, I think you discount the NOT HILLARY movement too much.
Trump showed exactly what he was in the primaries and elections. It's unreasonable to expect him to change now.

:plusone:

Trump was FAR from my first GOP choice, but since he won the nomination he was getting my vote.

Trump vs. Hillary has nothing to do with the thread subject. :gibbs: Back on track...

I listen to Armstrong & Getty in the morning on AM 770, and they've been talking lately about how the tolerance of political violence on one side is only going to breed more political violence on both sides. We need to "punch violence in the face", as they say. That means no more city officials telling law enforcement to stand down in the face of political violence, just because the officials sympathize with the political leanings of the perpetrators. Bring down the hammer on all of these idiots - left, right, or otherwise.

You are missing the point. Tell me when exactly is it OK to plow through a crowd of people with your car? Unless that woman was shooting at the guy, I'd say NEVER.

What if they all had axes, and were going all Jack Nickelson on your hood and roof ?

I got it - throw out candy and Mardi Gras beads. Or, bags of weed.

What if they all had RPGs?

But they didn't. And he only ever put himself in danger.

It was a crazed murdering idiot, using a convenient method of murder.

Also, why only weed? Toss booze out! If you are going to list things that everyone likes, don't forget the important shit! :mulletslayer:

It wasn't that poor cars fault. It was those stupid fucking laws of physics. When can we get a supreme court case that nullifies those stupid things?

Its never about the tool used. Its always about the motivation.

Problem is - media already decided what the motivation was, damm the truth, and full speed ahead with the narrative.

If them ANTIFA folks had been tossing BLT's at the permitted protest group, it woulda changed the entire protest into a group hug picnic.
