You're reading way too far into what I said. I meant in general. I can understand where JB is coming from relating to this issue although I don't agree. I was asking a general question on what soured his mood overall. I miss the old snarky 1 liner JB that had a fun sense of humor. Something changed.

The people who were hurt that day did not deserve their fate. Mr Crazypants certainly did damage to his victims. For this I hope he pays his dues to society as an example of what blind hatred can bring.

It was because of their own blind hatred that they were there.

They were there illegally.

They planned violence.

They even hid bats and clubs and concrete filled cans and such, days before hand. To be grabbed and used on that day.

Had he not run into the crowd at that point, and had this gone the way they planned instead, there could have been many injuries on the other side instead. As well as property damage and other violence.

No. That crowd, is not just a bunch of innocent victims...

A woman died that day. She did not deserve that. This thread just goes around in circles like a dog chasing its tail.

She did NOT deserve to die. We absolutely agree about this.

But she was there. She was part of a crowd that has a proven preference to violence. And she didn't have to be.

She could have chosen to distance herself from violence, and she would not have been there.

He lead a long life combating against the beliefs that he once held in his early 20's and 30's. Read more about him before you condemn his beliefs please. By the end of his life he was held in high regard by the same people he once rallied against. The first image is a photo shopped anyway. facts matter.

You could say the same for James Longstreet during Reconstruction who risked his life as a National Guard leader to protect African Americans. How did that work out for his statues that came down?
