According to the below article a fight broke out outside a bar in Oly, and a man was in the crowd with an AK variety of rifle. He was seen chambering a round when officers were on the scene. Sounds like things could have gotten ugly in a hurry. Things are getting so tense lately. It's crazy.

Actually if you read the article, The police officer was quoted as calling it an assault rifle. The paper reported it as told by the officer.
