https://www.rmgtcpasettlement.com/Home.aspx I'm sure a few of us have received that call.. Well, some of you may get up to $900 because of it. My mom's home line and a few other people I know are on the list. Click on the link above and then click on FILE A CLAIM to search your phone #. |

I had a friend who was the lead plaintiff in a robocall/repeated call suit from some auto repair place in Seattle.
Think he got about $6,000 while the rest of the plaintiffs got $1,500. Plus reimbursement for travel/parking/court time. Law firm made a few $Million and never received a single robocall. _________________ NRA Endowment Member. How did they know my member was well endowed? |

I have read an article about someone who sued a company individually with lawyer's help at http://www.whycall.me/news/my-4500-payd ... emarketer/. I think if I could find out the company I could sue them, too. |
