We're talking about the difference of convincing 75-90% of each party that the outcome was more or less honest/fair vs maybe less than 50% at this point from some of the opinion polls I've been reading.
The irony here is that the point of this is to restore "trust" in the US democracy. How on earth is the current scenario going to accomplish that? Or our US Republic. I do not think there is any way to hire anyone that Americans will get behind due to the division in the country. No matter who you pick, a large number of people will disagree.

You misunderstand the definitions comrade, when Hillary attempted to interfere with Putin’s re-election and failed, she was trying to promote democracy, when Putin reciprocated with spreading true information about her campaign he was thwarting democracy with his state powers and therefore must be a criminal.
