Don't blow the Maui fund, she who must be obeyed would be pissed.

It'll be a Dateline episode, Dennis Murphy, "a seemingly loving couple, who go to Maui all the time, go scuba diving......both go down, but only one comes up. Foul play? Stay tuned....."

Yep, a wild ride indeed. This morning, crying in my cheerios. Selling off assets before I took a morning pee.

Tonight, up 250%, plus 25% gain over yesterday.

Ripple and Verge are my new dance partners, and Litecoin is playing the background music.

Crazy day, for sure...wheeee....what a ride. Cigars and scotch tonight, for sure.

I was showing my wife the buy/sell wall...she has no interest in this stuff, but she stood up and took notice today.

It was a fucking freefall the last few days on the Alt coins and tokens. There were some issues in Korea with minors accessing the trading exchanges, so some were shut down, which caused a panic sell off. It's starting to rebound now, but it was a scary few days contemplating holding strong or cut bait and run. I chose to hold, and actually bought a little more in the dip.

Ether has done phenomenal the last week, Bitcoin has been taking a beating because of that. And little step brother LiteCoin is just waiting his turn to show mom what he's capable of doing.

I actually trade crypto currency. For anyone looking to make big money, I'm on the way but not there yet, I can put you in touch with people. Some gains are 200k in 3 weeks, 29k in 1 week, I did 4x my money in 24 hours. Feel free to ask questions if anyone needs help with what coins to choose or what to look for. Ill check back in every now and then for this thread. BTW, look for btc to hit 8600 to 10k if anyone is wanting to buy. Whoever holds ripple, sell now and buy back in at 6000 sats. The market isn't crashing because of news out of Korea. The market had its Christmas rally and is now starting to correct. And I have plenty of charts I can post to prove it.

I started a group to help share info, what ICOs to look at, what trades to look out for if anyone is interested. Just need to send me your number and Ill add you. Will probably move over to telegram soon. And no I'm not going to tell you to sign up for USI tech or bitconnect.

The buy and sell walls aren't very good indicators. T/A with fundamentals is the best way to go about this. Often times you will see huge sell walls disappear. Banks will keep the price low, buy as much as they can, then boom, the sell wall disappears and price hits the next fib, notice I didn't say moon because if you can read the charts, the price just bounces off the fibs all day long.

Here is some specific info about Coinbase that I found out. I looked into buying $1000 of Bitcoin. Here is some info about the fees.

As you can see, with a transaction fee of $3.51, Bitcoin will never be used for every-day purchases. Would you pay a $3.51 fee to buy your McDonalds?
Bitcoin is old technology. Compare a laptop in 2009 vs a laptop today, think they perform the same? If you want to discuss the big 3 coins, ETH and LTC are much cheaper and are faster. Then we get into coin like ETN and ECA that can transfer any amount of money in seconds and the fees are pennys.

Right now it looks like the fees will be about $43.51 via CreditCard, and $18.51 via Bank Account Transfer.

So, do you want to hand over access to your checking/savings accounts, or do you want to share your Drivers License?
My account has been linked to coinbase for 4 years and no problems. No different than storing you cc info on a site you always shop on like Amazon. Or you can just create a seperate account for crypto only.

Personally, I'm against the way these coins are created/distributed. There will only ever be 21 million bitcoins created. 16 million of them are already created, and in a very small number of hands. If you want some, you'll have to buy them from people that got in early, and paid pennies each. Now they are $10,000 each. This is just a scam to get a small group of people rich, a giant transfer of wealth.

I like the idea of a digital currency, but the creation of coins should be related to the number of people using them, the intent should be to keep the value of the coin always the same, never increasing or decreasing in value. If there are 100 people using the coins, then there can be 100 coins. But when the entire world uses the coin, then we need 7.5 billion of them. And we aren't going to buy them all from the first 100 people.

Also, mining is a giant waste of electricity and hardware. They make the math problem as hard as needed to ensure people don't solve it too fast. And solving the math problem doesn't actually increase human knowledge.
I can mine ETN at a rate of 800/coins per day or more for about a 5k initial setup. 24k/mo, 288k/year. At its current price, youre looking at $43000/year. Use solar power for electricity

Oh, I'll buy Ripple at the dips, and sell again at the highs. Ripple, Verge, Poe and.... Tron (sigh) are fun to play with on a daily basis and $$ can be had if you watch the market. I also have some Ripple as a long hold that I bought a while ago. Mainly I am focused on Cardano, Stellar, Ethos and EOS as my more stable long plays on the Alt market, on Binance, and hold Ether and LTC over on Coinbase as liquid/hold/transfer as needed.

What are you using to mine ETN? Did you build your own rig, or use an Antminer? GPU Spec?

I refuse to trade ripple even if I can make money because its a centralized coin made for banks. They are the ones who control the supply so I just stay away. That may change if I see a chance to double or more. Not really interested in the 20-30-40% gains on it. I do know someone who is big on ripple and put 40 btc on it when it was under 20 cents.

Those are good solid coins. XLM got me a 450% return on my money in 2 weeks. EOS just took off to hit the fib and is almost halfway there. Right now its possibly setting up the 3rd wave, which is the biggest. Id set a sell order for around .0013-.00133. Once it hits that target look for it to drop. Reference xlm and ripple. XVG Im looking to pickup around 600 sats.

Im not sure what the specs are. Buddy told me about his set up mining rigs so I'm looking into it and that is what I was told. His friend builds them so Ill post the specs when I get them if you're interested.

Im storing all my money in LTC at the moment in between trades. Eth is starting to head down last I checked.

The best exchange is currently Bittrex. They are based in Seattle. They have shutdown registration due to the amount of new people, servers couldn't handle. Binance is also a good one but unless you have 10k to start, you cant create an account. Cryptopia that I know of is still open to new users. They have a good amount of coins. Lots of penny or under coins. I have accounts on all 3 of those exchanges. I'm not sold on Bitfinex due to a number of different reason I can explain later.
