Did this place go out of business? My wife registered me for a class for a Christmas present so I know they were in business until mid December. Now their websites are gone, their email is dead and nobody is returning phone calls. I just have some questions about the class but it is looking more and more like they took my wife's money as they were closing the doors for good. I hope I'm wrong, any info would be great.

Yes, no replies to DMs, no new info, no returned calls from the phone number given, the email given is dead, and the websites given are dead.

One of the owners is a Tumwater LEO. Not like that info helps calm any doubts, but... I'd suggest messaging them on their FB page. There is a chance they accidentally let their domain lapse.

Reading your note above, I would play hardball in that PM, asking if they want to refund the money, or should you go ahead and send a letter to the attorney general, and Department of Revenue?

Maybe if she paid by CC you could go that route...

I don't think Dale Elliott is still LEO. In the link I provided it seems he's a former, though I could be wrong...

I've tried multiple DMs through facebook, since Dec. 26th. They haven't even been looked at yet. The 4 posts the person made promoting them on here are the only 4 posts they've ever made.

I don't think that PM will get you to Troubleshooters. Shotgun12 is actually WAC. They setup that account to promote WAC vendors (and, did a poor job at that).

How about posting right on their Facebook page? "I'm trying to get in touch with these guys about a class I'm supposed to attend, but I'm not getting any responses. Are they still in business? Does anyone have any information?"
