Good news. Was a great day at the car show and I took the girl out for some pictures. Every bit of 470hp and 470 ft/lb torque rowing gears on that 6 speed Tremec....

Worst news. It was a little warm and I think I might have seen a cloud in the blue sky. Oh well.

Edit: Fixed a darned typo and added a beautiful picture for your enjoyment.

Bad news. It's been a bit annoying to buy guns and ammo lately. Prices have gotten a bit capitalist. I guess I'll sit it out.

Good news. For many months, it wasn't...

Good: Sold my first home in Tacoma today.
Bad: Watching Zillow estimate climb $15K since we put it on the market. I still think I got out at the right time. We will see in a year.

Big congrats! Yeah, looking at mine it climbed about $40k in the year after I sold but that's all theoretical. There needs to be a buyer. I know I priced it correctly in 2019 to the dime for reasons my realtor and I painstakingly reviewed. WTF is moving to and buying in WA?? Dunno. But cash in hand versus theoretical gains is much better.

Very happy for you! Never second guess a locked decision.

Low inventory combined with ultra low interest rates are driving this market. Will the bubble pop? Let's wait and see... Shouldn't be long if it does.

Bad: My wife had to take the subie to the dealership to get the radio system checked for a firmware update since it was freaking out. Had to go to OKC (90 miles + tolls) the only dealership in a 500 mile radius. I was quoted about $50-60 for the update.

Good: Slick wife talked them down to $0.00! Then on to OKC airport to pick up her son (that I have never met). I would have flown him into Lawton, but the difference between Lawton and OKC was $400 icon_eek . Usualy only about a $20 difference. WTF, thank you cv-19.

Good news: Kidney Transplant went splendidly and everything is working the way it should and I'm home now.

Bad news: I feel like I got hit by a truck...
