Good news is the booster that was supposed to come with my new suppressor was dropped in the mail today. Bad news is additional Pistons are 100 bucks apiece. Oh well. |

Bad: Clothes Washing is throwing codes last Thursday. CCU can’t communicate with the MCU. Plus a bunch of other codes. After taking off the front and cleaning out an internal filter, resetting the codes and verifying no wire issues are visible.... still throwing codes. Good: walk into Lowe’s and get a LG for over half off plus another 10% for military discount. Bad: First run dumps all the water onto my floor. Now I’m in warranty hell because I installed it and Lowe’s won’t pick it up. Good/Best: LG is sending someone to fix it(I highly suspect a missing gasket on the clean out). LG is also paying me 125% of the purchase price for my trouble. So they are paying me to keep it or buy another one. |

Good News: Replaced the KB on my laptop, so I can use it again. Been sitting unused for almost 2yrs. Bad News: SSD apparently didn't like sitting, and is constantly spitting out errors Good News: Samsung Magician software enabled some settings on the SSD that kicked my throughput through the roof, and allows the system to take full advantage of the now almost decade old i7 and GT640 ... |

Bad news: The youngest has the rona. 1 week now. Mild symptoms, just like a cold, but he tested positive. The good news is, he's 1 week into it, and he comes home Nov 20th for TG so he will be anti-body positive and won't pass it to us. (Fingers crossed)... He said Grand Junction, particularly his college Colorado Mesa, is starting to see a lot of cases of rona so they may be making a decision to go back to online classes. That sucks for his senior year! |

Bad news: About 2 months ago, our main Microwave Oven died. Door latch busted, obsolete design, no parts available, and I can't fabricate the replacement. Good news: We had a second microwave downstairs that we used for guests when we did Air B&B. Bad news: Last night, that microwave quit working so wife went to get a replacement this morning. Good news: While I was removing the old, non-working microwave from the counter, I noticed the outlet it was using was a GFI, so I hit the reset button, and the microwave fired right up! Bad news: When I called the wife to share the good news, she had already spent $100 on the replacement and decided to keep it anyway...
