She didn't just speak over here constituent but pretty much told her STFU and that only her voice and opinions matter. It would have been one thing for Nancy to just keep talking. But the fact she told the lady she "is a mother of five, I can speak louder than anybody" is a slap in the face and just shows she doesn't really give a crap about what others might have to say.
