Thanks to a PMs I have been able to have some heated and constructive conversations with a few members. Have talked to some close friends and have decided to renew my membership. BUT, all my funds will be directly only to NRA-ILA (I think that’s one it is) thanks to those who took the time to have open dialogue and either shared knowledge or directed me to places to find information. I still disagree with a lot of the bullshit the NRA pulls, but at least now I know where my money is really going and who to contact if I disagree.

Thank you!

Look, if this community can come together and voluntarily build a couple of rifles, what's to say we can't organize and get some boycott or protest action going?

What if all FFLs included NRA memberships with every transfer. Or something to that effect. Perhaps to new gun owners only.(Even if it was hidden in/added to the retail price.)

Maybe FFLs could donate the cost of a membership to the NRA-ILA for every gun sale.....just a thought.

Personal weapons are what raised mankind out of the mud, and the rifle is the queen of personal weapons. The possession of a good rifle, as well as the skill to use it well, truly makes a man the monarch of all he surveys. It realizes the ancient dream of the Jovian thunderbolt, and as such it is the embodiment of personal power. For this reason it exercises a curious influence over the minds of most men, and in its best examples it constitutes an object of affection unmatched by any other inanimate object.

Wouldn't it be awesome if this leftist backlash against the NRA caused their membership to triple??

I can dream can't I?

Here is a wet dream for you.
Remember Trump is donating his salary, right?
I'd love to see him donate his next check straight to the NRA.

Which membership level? The lowest I see is $30. Common gun sales markup isn’t much more than $30 when you’re selling Shockwaves and Glocks.

How about this?

For every NEMO Arms firearms purchased from me in the month of March, I will donate a minimum of $30. If you buy a NEMO from me in the Omen lineup, I will donate $55. If you by a Watchmen from me, I will donate $100.

Excellent. I predict many on the left would have the following reaction:

I know margins are low. I was just spitballing. Even $1 per sale would go a long way if all the FFLs did it.

I've given memberships to lots of people throughout the years when they did the Christmas membership gift thing.
Had a discount for 5 or more.
My mom complained and had her membership cancelled but I let the NRA keep the money.
(Past president of the Plague of Women Voters, probably wouldn't have looked good).

Wonder how many people sign up Schumer, Pelosi, and Feinstein for gift memberships every year? Hahahahaha
