Also signed: a bill which allows for registration on an election day with the ability to vote on that election.

I'm guessing election day will be pay-day in the jungles under the freeways as the homeless are solicited for their votes?
And will there be any effort to ascertain the validity of those voters in the ensuing election results?
Question: Did the lag behind registration and voting, that previously existed, serve any real purpose? i.e. were the voter registrants vetted?

I was talking to a LEO the other day and we were talking that if the age of Ar buying is raised because an 18 yr old cant be trusted with it then so should go the age to VOTE..

We already know that there's no eligibility verification on new voter registrations, at least as far as citizenship goes; all the illegal aliens have to do is go in for a WA state ID or DL, then check the box on the motor voter form indicating that they are a citizen, and BOOM...they're registered. No one actually verifies it. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there are other eligibility factors that go unchecked, such as under-age citizens registering early.

Total insanity. We're told that teens are too immature to own guns and yet we're supposed to listen to them on creating gun laws that restrict civil rights? Hogwash!

Personally, given how much stupidity teens are into in this day and age vs 10-20 or more years ago we should RAISE the voting age to 21. The demonrats are just doing this because they know younger+ less life-experienced voters often break for them.

At some point we have to accept this attack on voting (youth preregistration, combining registration with driver's licenses when illegals are also getting DLs, allowing registration over the net and same day registration) as an attack on our country.
