According to an interview, the perp didn’t mean to shoot anyone and wanted to go to prison be cause he felt like he couldn’t get help and apologized for hitting the one individual in the ankle. Take from it what you will but I somewhat feel bad from his situation (not what he did), feeling like the way out is to take a shot at a school to go to prison.
