I would be A-OK with an overwatch position grounding the man with a gun threatening a law abiding citizen. Don't pull guns on innocent people, don't get shot. Sounds like a fair trade to me.

Dude was being harassed by a cop who pulled his gun on him because he told him to get off his property... Just the other day, another officer was caught on film rough housing a guy who called to file a complaint, because he had his hand in his pocket.. FORCIBLY removed his hand from his pocket, when he was on his own property, and asking them to leave, when HE was the one filing the complaint.

Fuck 'officer safety' and all the jackbooted thuggery it hides... What about citizen safety? What about not having a fucking gun pulled on you for having a camera? What about not being assaulted on your own fucking property when the only 'crime' you've committed is asking officers who refuse to take a report, to leave?

Tyranny is ALWAYS advanced under the name of 'safety'... We need 'safe schools', ban guns! We need 'safe spaces', BAN freedom of speech! We need a 'SAFE' environment! BAN gas cans!.....

You can sit there and say 'oh, he was baited!', well, guess what, we bait drug dealers, we bait car thieves, we bait prostitutes, and no one EVER says 'but, but, the other guy was an asshole'.... No, doesn't matter if it was baited or not... Officer dickhead deserves a termination notice, at the minimum.
