Have I seen other celebrities or big shot media people say worse and nothing happens? Yup
Crazy world we live in. Me thinks this has more to do with her being pro Trump than anything else.

It is a harsh reality on how fragile the interpretations of some of our Rights are.
Ask yourself this, if you had an employee who was off the clock in your company uniform out in the public eye making comments along the same lines, and you received complaints and possible loss of business, how would you handle this employee? (yes I know there are a variety of factors that split hairs a million ways from Sunday, but let's keep this simple) If now your company is labeled as supporting the sentiments of those comments now by backing that employee how does that look for you the boss? Just food for thought, not trying to mix up an argument.

From my perspective as a manager who is in charge of 84 people, this is my opinion.
If you are going to reprimand and fire one employee for something like this, but let others stay employed who have said things along the same lines multiple times, then as a manager or company your credibility is shot. I have people from all walks of life, all backgrounds, beliefs and religions, but the playing field stays even.

Yeah, I think that’s the problem here......... the playing field just isn’t level and that’s what is disturbing.
