The idea and movement has been around for at least 140 years, since The Reconstruction.
As far as coming to fruition.....probably not.
Where's the money going to come from, Fort Knox???


About 10-15 years ago some activists made up fake 1040 forms and distributed them at post offices.
They included extra deductions for slavery reparations and such.
The federal goverment paid out millions of dollars in refunds, but doubt they got much of the money back.

I recall actor Wesley Snipes did 3 years in federal prison for some tax shenanigans I think were similar to that.

I am all for reparations. Any one who can prove that they were a slave before the civil war can receive a share. They will also be the oldest person alive at 150+ years old.

Back in the day most blacks were registered Republicans because that was the only party who would register them to vote.
