Going to be a hot day. Make sure you drink enough water you don't want heat stroke or sunburn

I'd suggest using sunblock to avoid the sunburn. Drinking water won't help there.
Otherwise, good reminder Ops!

Just make your skin drink the water and you'll be good. You can't get sunburned in a pool, dontchakno?

Contrary to popular opinion, "alcohol" is not recommended for hydration. However if enough is consumed it does tend to make one not give a shit how hot it is.

having been dropped by dehydration while carrying (not fun), reminder that by the time you think "wow, feeling lightheaded, maybe need water?" it is too late. drink water, even when you don't want to/feel you need to. unless you think you are urinating too often, you are probably not doing it right.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. I always make my kids drink ton of water even while swimming. I’m about to head out on a bike ride and will drink one more glass before I leave now just for the sake of hydration.

I've always been advised to drink plenty of water when it's hot, enough so you had to take regular whiz breaks. Another indicator of having enough water running through your system is that your urine is clear and doesn't look more like cloudy apple cider. Staying hydrated for me is a bit of an issue for me now. My Cardiologist has prescribed a very effective diuretic to keep my heart working right. As a side effect there is now a worn track in the flooring between my favorite chair and the bathroom. My morning coffee doesn't stick around long at all and as I drink to "stay hydrated" during the day I'm having to take a whiz more often than my dog who goes at least 4 times an hour. (I think I have the only 10# Shih Tsu with a 2 quart bladder ).

On a similar note, there are a TON of options out there right now for water flavorings that use Stevia instead of artificial sweeteners..... I have about a dozen of them.. Makes it REAL easy to flavor your water and get rid of soda...
Cases of water @ Costco are dirt cheap as well.. I wanna say $2.79 for a 40 pack of 16.9 oz bottles...
Stock up...
If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated...
