I'm going to go and visit family over in Montana in the next month or so and I plan on CCing. I decided to check the state laws and such and ran across this website: https://www.gunstocarry.com/ . This site maybe old hat for some of you, but perhaps not for others. It even breaks down stats for permit owners as well as what it takes for each state to own a permit. Very user friendly. I know there have been a number of threads made on this subject in the past, perhaps this site can help folks out. Plus as new state laws change (It seems very quickly these days) this site keeps up to date on those things. I wasted a lot of time looking at different state data.

Thanks wpb. I like the quick facts like if you are required to notify officer if carrying. (No, means NO!) I may print off a few of these pages for my long ass drive to OK. The only state I'm not covered is NM, hence getting an AZ for future trips.

This site lets you select multiple states. I currently have: WA, OR, and UT. About to send off for AZ. Should have done AZ instead of UT, live and learn.
