Interesting I-1639 Encounter Fred Meyer Auburn, Wa

I just now stopped to ask some objective questions to clarify some issues regarding the age change to 21, mandated home storage etc. right from the get go they were extremely rude and said they wouldn’t talk to me. Ended up chatting with one pro gun and one anti gun guy. Both were pleasant and reasonable. I also talked to one young female who couldn’t answer my question about how to strengthen background checks when we already have a federal box for being committed against your will. She ended up saying she actually didn’t know much about it and walked away. The young black guy then told me she wasn’t right in the head and suggested I should feel bad for asking a mentally handicapped person questions. The girl at the table in black refused to give me ANY info pther than that they were allowed to be there , and even referenced Name of a manager. This was later determined to be a lie.... everybody stayed calm but by being as rude as they were , they caused a scene.
Long story short, the cops came once a small crowd gathered and the REAL store manager came and talked to us on the
Side. THEY DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO BE THERE And yet the police refuse to kick them out / trespass them. I have the managers email and will be logging a complaint with my #1 Grocer . The manager was wonderful in dealing with all parties.

Very professional. The issue comes down to the anti group being asked to leave , with a court order in hand but the police being reluctant to trespass them etc. should be noted that The police were off duty for disturbance control. The basic gist of it is that they are illegally using Fred Meyer property and lying about it.

This guy wasn’t very helpful either, was stand-offish and told me one of the other (possibly paid) signature gatherers was mentally handicapped and implied I was a bad person for asking her clarification questions

Also, kudos to the rational and objective military serviceman on leave who is spending it sitting next to them with a 30 page copy of the law change so people know what they are actually signing. Didn’t catch his name

This seems like a near-perfect response, doesn't it? When your nonsensical argument doesn't stand up to scrutiny, immediately claim victim status and begin shaming the person who disagrees with you. The cops must have arrived before he could resort to calling you a racist/sexist/whatever-other-label-they-conjure.
