Why does the officer have the choice in the matter? A Trespass or not is up to the manager/owner of the property not the police, either the manager says they are unwelcome or they do not, THAT is the basis of the tresspass is it not? So if someone is on my property and I call the police they can refuse to remove the person even if I file trespass charges? How the F does that work?

Yes, store manager mr Garrett said in front of myself, police, anti gunners and a small crowd of people that they aren’t welcome and even have a court order in hand saying so. Yet police were there only to keep the scene calm, not kick them out at Fred Meyers call. Where the legal disconnect is, I’m not sure.
