Okay, sure.
And for these particular immigrants, its evident that "immigration" isn't the goal, but rather to carve out a distinct enclave ethnically, politically, linguistically and religiously divergent from their host society and they are willing to subvert and exploit it unbridled by any desire to assimilate. That's called invasion.

That can’t be a real article. I cannot deal with the ridiculous spelling and grammar errors to even consider that remotely legitimate.

Yeah, the last line kind of explains things....

“Officials have made 412 arrests nationwide, including 56 doctors and targeting 200 clinics. The Justice Department said those arrested are responsible for $1.3 billion in fraudulent transactions.

I think maybe that be true, but not all Muslim idiocy.

Medicaid and Medicare fraud is rampant.
It's suspected that over half the claims are fraudulent.
Saw a TV news article on it where a chiropractor used to dress up as Santa and have a large room full of the kids sit on his lap after giving him their Medicaid card. He charged them all for a very rare $600 procedure that is only needed by old people.

Another clinic was paid several $million per year for MRI's, and all kinds of other services for quite some time.
No services were ever provided.
It was a vacant lot and checks were mailed to a PO box.
Somehow they got ahold of the patients info and just started filing claims.

Problem is, government employees don't give a shit.
If it was a private insurance company paying the bills, they would have at least checked to see if there really was a clinic at that address.

Those are actually sophisticated. About 10 years ago, the biggest Medicare fraud was committed by a high school dropout from (I think) Argentina. She got about $35M by just having a computer set up at her house.

Medicare, is actually run by contractors. Not sure who does it now, but in the late 1990s, when you called 1-800 Medicare in this region, an employee at Premera answers the phone and says "Medicare, may I help you." Most the claims are processed by computer and a human never touches them.

Its not that .Gov employees don't care its that the problem is too big for them to stop. Plus, if they deny the wrong claim, there is hell to pay.
