My buddy is. Everybody is very busy. Do you want it immediately? I'd almost recommend saving the money, wait for a dip when they have more time, then get it done.

Otherwise, if you want it done soon, he does fantastic work and can put you on the list.

Right now I’m just looking for information on what they do and how much per square foot. I’ve done a little research, but google only tells you so much. My nephew went to school for architecture, so he can do plans. I can do everything that doesn’t require an inspection. Basically I want an unfinished shell built.

Plans, foundation, set back, framing, plumbing, electrical. These things all require permits and inspections. Make sure you hire a professional and don't cut corners.

I kinda thought all those were inspected, thank you for confirming! I can do things like Sheetrock, finish work, roofing, painting. My son in law is an ex tile layer, he volunteered to help with that.

There are a good few contractors on this site that I'm sure will be happy to help guide you through the process. I'll call one of my best guys tomorrow and see if he's willing to come down to maple valley to help you.
