In Australia you are allowed to drink and drive, but you aren't allowed to be over the limit while driving a car.

Used to be like that in WA until July, 1983.

Guntrader the RCW shows a date of 1989. I remember those days....strapping a case on the back of my Triumph and taking a long ride.
