Exactly. Once the opposition becomes harassing or in some way infringing on these assholes, then I say take them to court. The law has to be impartial to creed or culture. That's what makes a republic more important than a democracy. Even the littlest group should be protected under the constitution. Regardless if the rest of the country disagrees with them.

I think we can all agree Nazis are the scum of the earth. Neo-nazis and their kin are just nasty vile human beings.
