Driving On Meth Is OKAY!!

Judge Linda Krese has ruled that testing positive for Meth is not sufficient grounds for determining impairment.
Therefore she found a defendant NOT guilty of vehicular manslaughter when he piled his truck into the rear end of a passenger van and killed two little kids, a 2 year old and a twelve year old. Just out of pure curiosity, how long after one does meth does it turn up in your system? 1,2,3 weeks? I’m not defending this decision, I feel a person should be charged with possession by simply testing positive. But if the guy did meth 3 weeks ago was he still under the influence?

Meth goes out of your system pretty soon.
Problem with meth and driving is not totally the meth. It's more the lack of sleep causing hallucinations, paranoia, and aggressive and sometimes bizarre behavior with constant use.
