2 motorcyclists dead after running from Tacoma PD

Ran from police. Ran a stop sign and hit multiple vehicles.

They were being pulled over for driving recklessly and the pursuit ended moments after as they ran from police.

"They were both wearing helmets, but both helmets came off during impact," Troyer said. "Both bounced of multiple vehicles and roadways and were killed instantly due to their high rate of speed."

Update:

PCSO (Not TPD) initiated a traffic stop, bike fled, PCSO did not pursue, and less than 30 seconds later the bike ran a 4-way stop and wrecked at 90+ MPH.

Bikers were late 30's early 40's, no ID....
Bike was repainted/modified and had VIN removed.

Sounds like tweakers and a stolen motorcycle.
