That's up there with lowering standards on tests to improve the percentage of people who pass. Police, feds, military..............
Remember at a swap meet at the Kingdome, they had a gimball mounted swing where people could go all around, upside down, etc 360 degrees in it. Fat chick got in and the poor exhausted operator couldn't even get her 90 degrees up on it, gave her her money back. The owner immediately changed the sidewalk reader board. “Quit horsing around Enumclaw, come in today!” A town council member didn’t much care for that, and came in screaming.
