I dont know. I heard something about portland ICE center being rioted against and the mayor telling police not to help those employees trying to get out.

I don't think they would need help. I'd bet that a federal detention center would have an armory with all kinds of cool stuff in it as well as a SWAT team and riot squad.

Wouldn't a place with a name like "NW Federal Detention Center" not be subject to Portland's police dept.? Or anything the mayor would say? If terrorists tried to start a fight with that place, I would hope they would wind up with a body count. I'm tired of this BS.

Dunno. Somewhere I read that one employee had his car keyed and tires slashed while trying to drive away. The police should be able to intervene if it's happening outside the property in the public streets.
