I have 300 to 500 lbs of used x rays to sell. Anyone know a local buyer?

I was gonna say, X-Ray film has silver in it.
"Question: Do you pay for the silver recovered from the x-ray film? how much? Answer: Yes, we do pay for the x-ray film silver, we pay per lb of x-ray films we receive, for medical x-rays we have two different price quotes, one price is for film in the paper jackets and for net film out of jackets.

It's been awhile since I've handled actual film, but yah, chopping off PHI is a thing. Or was. And there are companies dedicated to collecting medical and veterinary film, handling the films themselves in much the same way Shred-It handles other hard copy PHI.
