There used to be a strip club that had awesome steak dinners.
We used to call it "Going for a Shake and a Steak". Did a bus tour of strip clubs in Portland a few years ago (friend's bachelor party). That's really the only way to go. Start out at Mary's Club downtown and do a big loop

Automatics knives are legal in Oregon, you can buy one at Hawthorne cutlery the last independent knife shop in Portland, and the owner is an encyclopedia of knife knowledge too.

Thanks for all the info gents. It turns out I only needed to go as far as Vancouver.
I did hit Scvette’s coffee stand rather than Starbucks. Was worth the extra few miles off the highway. I was only a couple blocks away from Sporting Systems so I checked that out. Great little shop with tons of selection for such a small space. Didn’t buy anything but it certainly wasn’t for a lack of choices.
